CPA TERMS & CONDITIONS
All equipment and services supplied by Allshaw Hire are provided in accordance with the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA) Model Conditions for the Hiring of Plant. These industry-recognised terms set out the responsibilities of both the hire company and the customer, covering areas such as hire periods, payment terms, delivery and collection, equipment use, breakdowns, loss or damage, insurance requirements and site safety obligations.
By placing an order or accepting delivery of equipment, customers agree to be bound by the applicable CPA terms and our company hire agreement. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that hired equipment is used safely, operated by competent personnel and adequately insured for the duration of the hire. Full copies of the CPA Model Conditions are available on request and should be reviewed prior to hire.
